Yoga Soul

Yoga soul is here to provide a platform and a home for you to take part in Manchester’s yogi community, to help you grow your yoga practice in a way that is significant to you. With beautifully designed studios and a pool of teachers with a diverse range of specialisms there are classes for every type of yogi. After the successful launch of their space in the Northern quarter you can now also find their sister studio in Levenshulme.

Yoga Soul is a people-driven hub of good vibes, which you can find on Newton Street in the Northern Quarter or Stockport Road in Levenshulme. Born from the imaginations of Samuel Nwokeka and William Mitchell, two friends who met whilst training to be yoga teachers in Goa, their studio’s ethos encourages people to grow within their own practise, trying new styles or consolidating the muscle memory in classic Vinyasa Flow classes.

As well as Vinyasa, Yoga Soul also offers fast-paced and energetic rocket classes and the deeply relaxing Yin sessions. If you’re unsure what kind of yoga suits you or want to know exactly what you’re signing up for before you commit, Yoga Soul welcomes questions via their website, or just give them a bell — as you might expect, they’re a friendly bunch.

All classes are well-spaced and well-ventilated, and there’s a choice of style every day of the week. You can buy class passes of five or ten at a time or

Whether you want to shake up your regular practice with a blast of rocket yoga or connect with other Manchester-based yogis, this is an excellent spot. Check out their website for introductory offers, class time tables and to find out more about their space.
