Hotel: A Treehouse hotel has arrived in Manchester, featuring a rooftop bar that offers stunning views of the city. The hotel has 216 rooms and is located at the space previously occupied by the unmissed Renaissance Hotel on Deansgate. The goal is to make guests feel like they are in their own ‘secret forest’ and if our visit to the ground-floor restaurant is anything to go by, they can tick that box.

The hotel is collaborating with some of the best hospitality talent the North West has to offer, with various dining and drinking experiences.

The ground-floor restaurant Pip serves a zero-waste menu with a ‘modern twist on traditional cooking’, under the guidance of Mary-Ellen McTague of The Creameries and Eat Well MCR.

The fourteenth-floor restaurant will offer diners a menu of inspired South East Asian dishes cleverly combined with British produce, headed up by the excellent Sam Grainger, famed for Liverpool restaurant Belzan.
