The Music Place
The Music Place

Breaking away from the old school of music education, The Music Place in Altrincham is for anyone who’s looking for fun and forward-thinking instrumental lessons.

For musicians young and old, beginner and advanced, The Music Place is an inspirational place to hone your skills. By taking the positive elements of traditional music teaching and merging them with a more contemporary approach, they create a friendly and uplifting environment in which students flourish.

The Music Place’s mission is to offer expert tuition for all instruments, styles, ages and abilities under one roof. The tutors are experienced professional musicians, and will happily tailor lessons to suit your goals and tastes. They can also guide you through grades awarded by all of the major exam boards, with the option to take ABRSM exams in the familiar environment of the centre itself.

A friendly and uplifting environment in which students flourish.

The Music Place also offers plenty of performance opportunities, with informal, no pressure concerts ensuring that your first experiences of performing are positive and not too scary. There are even Music Place bands and choirs that you’ll be able to join, should you wish to gain experience of playing/singing in an ensemble. Or if you’d prefer to start your own group, that’s fine too!

The centre’s focus is on producing well-rounded musicians whose journey towards their goals is a thoroughly enjoyable one. Whether you’ve always wanted to learn an instrument but have never got around to it, or you want to build on skills you already have, The Music Place will bring out the best in you.
