Situated in the heart of town on Clifton Street, this sleek cocktail bar may have only opened in 2023 but it is already renowned amongst locals and visitors alike for its excellent service and imaginative drinks list.

Open until 2am five days a week, it’s the brainchild of Aitor Garcia Arbelo – a Canary Islands native who has since made Blackpool his home. Inside, drinkers will find modern, sexy decor with stylish wood panelling and warm pendant lights hanging from the ceiling.

Offering table service only, this fully seated cocktail bar has seen nothing but rave reviews since landing in the seaside town. On its menu, you’ll find a mix of classic cocktails and more bespoke serves – with the most fantastical served in giant blue T Rex ‘Dinosaur’ eggs and grinning, winking monkey mugs.

Bold, creative concoctions take centre stage, with a party atmosphere brought most evenings thanks to regular DJ bookings. Other drinks highlights include the smoking old fashioned, Kraken rum in an octopus glass, and the ‘Abracadabra’ cocktail which comes served, naturally, in a magician’s hat.

Flawless customer service is at the heart of the owners’ ethos, with fans praising the bar’s attentive staff and consistent attention to detail. As for the atmosphere, inside you’ll find a mix of vibrancy and cosiness depending on the time of your visit. Whether you’re a cocktail enthusiast, or simply in search of somewhere for a good drink and classy night out, you can’t go wrong with Saoko Cocktail Club.

A fantastic little hidden gem close to the famous Blackpool Winter Gardens, this charming cocktail den is perfect for enjoying a few refined drinks with friends or family on your next visit to the famous seaside resort. Whether you’re looking for a classic martini, a flaming tiki concoction or a bit of a creative surprise, trust in the team to deliver exactly what you need. They pride themselves on it.
