Resurrection has consistently been a key place on the list of Liverpool‘s independent traders for the last 20 years. Launched in 1991, its first home was in the Quiggins arcade, where it started out as a small vintage shop. Since then Resurrection has moved to a two-storey shop on Bold Street, where it is visited and loved by loyal locals and newcomers looking for a quirkier look.

The store stocks many famous brands like Champion Reverse Weave, Berghaus, Napapijri, Santa Cruz, Huf, Parlez and Ed Hardy (you can also shop online and sign up to the newsletter for updates on new arrivals and fresh brands in stock). Generally though, at Resurrection you’ll find hoodies, T-shirts, shoes and pretty much any other clothing and accessories, with a focus on skatewear and tracksuits.

They often promote independent brands too, making this the perfect place to shop for all those who love to hunt for fashion treasures. Resurrection has survived the appearance of more and more larger brand shops – Liverpool ONE is not that far and yet, the shop’s fans and its very own recognisable style ensures it can continue to do well.

Keep an eye on their social media and website for regular sales. Better yet, pop into the shop and take a look around: it’s a large space, lovingly curated with stylish displays of their wares. The background playlist is good, and the T-shirt selection is even better.
