Rajshahi

Rajshahi

Bradford is well known as a place where you can find top quality South Asian cuisine in abundance and variety. However, what you might not expect, is to find one of the area’s best curry houses in the more rural outskirts of the city. Rajshahi landed in the village of Idle in 1995 and has been gaining popularity among locals and those further afield to this day. If you’re staying in Saltaire it’s well worth making the 10 minute drive over to taste why it’s become such a firm favourite.

You can be sure to find something different and interesting rather than the usual expected regulars

As a family run business with a drive for sharing culture through food, Rajshahi have made a commitment to cooking authentic top quality Indian food since they opened. They continue to do this now by making the most of the best local produce, fresh herbs and carefully selected whole spices. It’s this particular blend of spices that gives Rajshahi’s dishes an elevated flavour and depth. Their menu includes firm British Indian classics as well as chef’s specials and signature Rajshahi dishes. With classic and tandoori cooking methods you can be sure to find something different and interesting rather than the usual expected regulars.

Rajshahi also hosts an all you can eat Indian Sunday Buffet. The menu is never set as each week the selection of curries, starters and sides changes. It is one of the most popular buffets in the Bradford area though, due to the there being no compromise on quality over quantity.
