January at Flat Iron Manchester: Flat Iron’s Carcass Club comes to Manchester for the first time on January 28th, giving guests the chance to taste some of the rarest and most exceptional beef imaginable.

For just £20 per person, guests will be served a Wagyu steak, alongside a portion of beef dripping chips and a special sauce for the night (we hear on the grapevine that it’s Sauce Choron – a variation on the classic Bearnaise).

Guests will also receive a complimentary glass of Flat Iron’s Malbec, along with their signature beef-dripping popcorn and Tahitian vanilla soft serve ice cream.

When this event has taken place at other Flat Iron venues there have been queues around the block, so be swift of foot. First come, first serve.
