Situated in the beautiful gardens of Akroyd Park, Bankfield Museum is a grand Victorian villa with permanent exhibitions of textiles and costume, as well as varying temporary exhibitions also.

This is a must-visit attraction when in Halifax, taking a tour of the charming grounds and absorb the rich history of both the property, which notably was owned by Colonel Edward Akroyd, MP, as well as the grade II listed exhibitions.
