Drummer Yussef Dayes’ jazz-funk band Yussef Kamaal achieved a lot in a small space space of time. Reaching a level of popularity that is rare for UK jazz music, they got a lot of young listeners excited about the genre for the first time. With Dayes now embarking on a solo project, this is an exciting opportunity to witness the incredible drummer take centre stage for the first time. He will be performing at Now Wave’s new venue, YES this September. Don’t miss it!
