Sound and Music Late: Peter Saville and Factory Records at MSI
Chris HorkanAs part of the Museum of Science and Industry’s Sound and Music Late this March, legendary designer Peter Saville will discuss the museum’s Factory Records archive. Saville, a founder and art director of the label, is responsible for creating numerous design classics for the likes Joy Division and New Order between 1979 and 1993.
Joined here by one of MSI’s curators, he will discuss his work, its place in pop culture and its impact on Manchester cultural history and future.
