Hit the slopes, run with horses in Mallorca, and fly through the mountains of Pakistan with Frontier Sapiens Film Festival. The open-air adventure film tour brings the big screen outside at Leeds’ Kirkstall Abbey this summer.

The event invites audiences to experience the best and boldest in human endeavour, with a globetrotting selection of five short films that promise, epic adventures, cultural stories and an exploration of environmental issues — from huge new ski descents on the iconic Baffin Island, to a look at how Peruvian communities are combatting climate change by combining ancestral tradition with state-of-the-art science.

Bring a picnic, or indulge in the food and drink options on site, grab a chair and prepare for a night of adventure under the stars.
