Reimagine movement and take part in Company Chameleon’s Challenge Tuesdays, which will leave you beaming from the benefits of dance.

Get imaginative and innovative at home by responding to a weekly creative challenge inspired by Chameleon’s dancers and past works.

After the success of Chameleon’s first series and some amazing responses shared by you from home, the Manchester dance company bring you another set of weekly challenges inspired by their dancers and past works.

From creating your own photograph inspired by the pushes and pulls featured in the duet, Amaranthine, to discovering new ways to move your body whilst getting out of bed in the morning, Challenge Tuesdays will fire up your imagination through dance and movement. Take on the challenges on your own, or with your friends and family.

Challenge Tuesdays will be shared weekly at 10am on Company Chameleon’s social media channels.

Share your responses on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook tagging Company Chameleon and using the hashtag #ChallengeTuesdays.

Challenge Tuesdays is part of The Wonder of Dance, Chameleon’s online dance programme, which hopes to uplift, entertain, make you think and make you feel through the wonder of dance and movement.
