A two day celebration of all things yoga

In addition to the more familiar classes which focus on Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha and Ashtanga, you can try out holistic boxing, Thai yoga massage and take part in a Yogabeats rave. Away from the stalls and classes there will be expert speakers covering a range of topics including food and well-being, growing your own business and how yoga practices can help balance your life.

If all that wasn’t enough, the percussion makers Paiste will be leading gong baths throughout the weekend.

Whether you are a solitary yogi or someone who is already well aware of this booming community, you’re bound to find something new at Om Yoga Show.
