Manchester Art Fair 2024 at Manchester Central Convention Centre, City Centre 15 — 17 November 2024 Tickets from £12.00 — Book now

Manchester Art Fair is returning again for 2024. It is one of the largest fairs of contemporary sculpture, print, paintings and crafts based arts in the UK. The more than 170 stall holders are split between individual artists and a selection of independent UK based and international galleries. Previous years have seen the event attract more than 13,000 art enthusiasts. The event has been running since 2008 and has featured artists in previous years such as Liam Spencer, JJ Adams, Stan Chow and Akse P19.

For one weekend in November, Manchester Central will be taken over by Exhibitors from all four corners of the UK’s visual arts scene. Some of the highlights we’re excited about include Heart of Glass, the mobile glass art gallery. Mark Gibbs, a sculptor whose work tackles issues of conflict through animal forms and Lindsey Tyson’s bold, expressive and abstract paintings.

Outside of the exhibitors there are plenty of events which give you a chance to gain hands-on experience with creating. The full 2024 programme is yet to be released, however last year we saw countless artists talks, which are now available as recordings online. There was also the Art Classroom, a space where adult art workshops were held all weekend long. These were done on a first come first served basis so be sure to check out the timetable and arrive early if there’s something you really want to see. This year we have only been informed that the line-up includes notable figures from the worlds of art, music and culture and features more than one Northern First.

As well as the main two days of Manchester Art Fair there is also a preview evening, where lucky individuals can get a first look at the exhibitors work to the soundtrack of DJs and a drink in hand. For those looking to buy there is also a Buyers Brunch where you can meet with like minded art specialists before visiting the main fair.

Book your tickets now to avoid missing out on this explosion of vision, culture and cutting edge work.
